Villa Description
This one storey Villa has a high vaulted ceiling over the Living/dining room,
within which has been accommodated an open mezzanine with handrails, overlooking
the Living/Dining Area. Acess to this mezzanine is via a staircase off the entrance
lobby.
There are four bedrooms, two on either side of the Living Area with a dominant
Master Bedroom in each pair having its own covered balcony and en suite walk-in
closet and bathroom. The secondary bedrooms in each pair also have views via
glazed entrance doors and side lights facing the vew. All the bedrooms in this
Villa are generously sized and have vaulted ceilings. A small maid's room, gardener's
room and laundry alcove off the kitchen are located on the 'road' side of the
Villa.
The Living and dining area faces the view (as does the kitchen) and opens out
into a covered porch via series of double doors.
The Living/ Dining area and porch are several steps lower than the bedrooms,
kitchen, small study and hallway, with the study having a small bathroom adjustment
to it which doubles as a powder room. This study can also be utilised as a small
TV Room or as back up temporary accomodation.
As in the other villa types a double porte cochere to this front of the house
can act as a car port.
