This one storey Courtyard house has much charm with covered access to the bedrooms
being accessed via a walkway encircling this courtyard. From the entrance lobby
you traverse this small courtyard with pond to gain access to the Living/Dining
Rooms and separately to the Kitchen and bedrooms. This is outdoor living at
its best. A generously sized 'U' shaped covered verandah, encircling the Living/Dining
Room, allows for ease of access to the verandah from the Living Room and can
easily accommodate having breakfast or other meals, as the kitchen has a direct
serving hatch to the balcony. Indeed the kitchen also enjoys distant views of
either the golf course or sea as it is located off the NE wing on the verandah.
The Living Room has a high vaulted ceiling, and above a section of this living
room an open mezzanine study overlooks the Living Room/Dining area which is

walk-in closets, and bathrooms with two of these bedrooms offering the dominant
preferred distant view of either golf course or sea.

Buying Information

For a Villa, land must first be purchased. The stage payments are as follows:
-
- Reservation fee - a non-refundable reservation fee of US$10,000.00
(the purchaser is provided with relevant terms and conditions and a copy of
the Draft Lease).
- Deposit - 10% payment less US$10,000.00
- Final Payment - 90% balance is payable within 30days of initial payment
on signing contract.
