Villa Description
This Villa's vernacular is typical of the large Caribbean house, with the square
footprint of this two storey Villa being encircled by a continuous covered verandah
or porch. Double doors open on the verandah from most rooms at the lower level
providing easy access to this most popular part of the traditional Caribbean
house. Often called the 'gallery', the verandah is used for socializing and
'gallerying'.
In most cases the verandah setting provides for panoramic views of either the
sea or the golf course dependent on the location of the Villa lot and allows
its occupants the opportunity to enjoy the constant trade winds. This Villa
is 4 bedrooms in size with all bedrooms enjoying en suite bathroom facilities.
A Family Room at the ground level also with en suite bathroom/powder room can
'double' as a 5th bedroom.
All upper bedrooms have high vaulted ceilings with the two largest bedrooms
having balconies with view in most cases of the sea or golf course.
