Buying Information

For a villa cluster unit the client may proceed as follows.
- Reservation fee – a non-refundable reservation fee of US$10,000.00
(the purchaser is provided with relevant terms and conditions and a copy of
the Draft sub –lease)
Stage Payment
- Deposit - 25% on signing building contract
- Deposit – 30% on completion of foundation
- Deposit – 35% on completion of roof
- Deposit -10% on issue of completion certificate and handover
