Par 72 Plantations course opened for play June 2001.

When will the clubhouse open?

The Clubhouse is due to open by the end of March 2002.

Who can become a member of the golf club at Tobago Plantations?

Property owners may become full members of the Golf Club on payment of a joining fee and annual subscription. Local membership is available on an annual basis and payment of an annual fee.

As a property owner will I have preferential privileges on the golf course?

Specific start times will be allocated to home owner members.

What will the green fees be?

1st June 2001- 31st December 2002 US$95.00 INCLD Cart.

If I join the Golf Club:

What are the joining and annual fees for my family and myself?

There is no joining fee - Single gold membership US$1700.00; Joint US$3060.00; junior (under 18) US$300.00. Fees apply until 31st December 2002.

Yes.

Can I play with guests?

Yes.

Will the course be open to the public?

Yes.

Can I sell my membership?

No.

What will the green fees be for Member's guests?

50% Discount on Public green fee.

Who qualifies as a Member's guest?

A guest who is playing with the member on a given day.

Will I have a say in the management of the golf club?

No, a constitution is in place for the functioning of the golf club. A Captain and small committee will be formed to operate social and competition functions.

Are you planning any major Tournaments on the Golf course?

Yes European Seniors Professional event in conjunction with ESPN.

Which other golf courses in Tobago can I play at?

Mount Irvine.

What other Leisure Amenities are planned for Tobago Plantations?

Gym, Spa, Tennis.

Will Property owners have special privileges at the club?

No.
